摘 要:针对风光出力及负荷预测的不确定性对电力系统调度计划产生的影响,提出考虑不确定性的虚拟电厂低碳经济调度方法。首先,以虚拟电厂运行总成本最小为目标,建立优化调度模型;同时考虑到虚拟电厂的碳排放情况,将阶梯型碳交易模型加入目标函数中进行调度;其次,引入模糊机会约束算法,对风光出力及负荷的不确定性进行处理;最后,算例结果表明所提调度模型的有效性,即综合考虑模糊机会约束和阶梯型碳交易的调度模型可有效提高新能源渗透率并降低系统碳排放。在此基础上,可通过设置置信水平来控制风险,保证系统的安全稳定运行。In view of the influence of uncertainty of wind,solar output and load forecast on power system dispatching,a low-carbon economic dispatching method for virtual power plants considering uncertainty is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the optimal dispatching model is established to minimize the total operating cost of virtual power plants.At the same time,considering the carbon emission of the virtual power plants,the stepped carbon trading model is added to the objective function for dispatching.Secondly,the fuzzy chance constraint algorithm is introduced to deal with the uncertainty of wind,solar output and load.Finally,the results of the example show the effectiveness of the proposed dispatching model,that is,the dispatching model considering fuzzy chance constraints and stepped carbon trading can effectively improve the penetration rate of new energy and reduce the carbon emissions of the system.On this basis,the risk can be controlled by setting the confidence level to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.
