摘　　要：低聚木糖是一种具有益生元活性的功能性聚合糖,有调节动物脂质代谢、免疫功能、肠道形态和抗氧化能力等生理功能,目前在畜禽饲粮中得到了广泛应用。本文从低聚木糖的理化性质和生理功能出发,结合其在畜牧生产中的应用进展进行综述,旨在为低聚木糖的开发与推广提供一定的参考。Xylooligosaccharide is a kind of functional polymeric sugar with prebiotic activity,which can regulate lipid metabolism,immune function,intestinal morphology and antioxidant capacity of animals,and has been widely used in diets of livestock and poultry.In this paper,the research progress on physicochemical properties and physiological functions of xylooligosaccharides and its application in livestock production were reviewed,so as to provide some theoretical references for the development and popularization of xylooligosaccharides.
