摘　　要：探讨i Root BP Plus根管倒充填联合PRF(platelet-rich fibrin)治疗慢性根尖周病变(chronic periapical lesions,CPL)的临床效果。选取佳木斯市中心医院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的82例CPL患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=41,应用i Root BP Plus根管倒充填联合PRF治疗)和对照组(n=41,应用i Root BP Plus根管倒充填治疗),比较两组临床疗效、骨密度、牙周状态、龈沟液炎症因子水平、疼痛情况。结果显示,治疗后,观察组临床治疗总有效率、骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PD、PBI、TM、PI、CAL、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β以及总疼痛率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,i Root BP Plus根管倒充填联合PRF能够优化CPL的治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的骨密度,值得临床推广。Exploring the clinical efficacy of I Root BP Plus root canal filling combined with PRF(platelet rich fibrin)in the treatment of chronic periapical lesions(CPL).82 CPL patients admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group(n=41,treated with i-Root BP Plus root canal filling combined with PRF)and a control group(n=41,treated with I Root BP Plus root canal filling).The clinical efficacy,bone density,periodontal status,gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor levels,and pain were compared between the two groups.The results showed that after treatment,the total effective rate and bone density of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the PD,PBI,TM,PI,CAL,hs CRP,TNF-α,IL-1β,and total pain rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of I Root BP Plus root canal filling and PRF can optimize the therapeutic effect of CPL,improve patients’clinical symptoms,and increase their bone density,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
