瑞巴派特联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗胃溃疡伴胃出血的临床效果分析

摘　　要：探讨瑞巴派特联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗胃溃疡伴胃出血的临床效果。选取2022年2月—2023年2月贵州省第三人民医院收治的80例胃溃疡伴胃出血患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组采取奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用瑞巴派特治疗,对比两组患者疗效。结果显示,治疗前,两组患者炎症因子水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组炎症因子水平改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床疗效优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,瑞巴派特联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗胃溃疡伴胃出血效果显著,有助于促进患者溃疡部位痊愈,加速症状缓解,提高患者生活质量,同时无严重药物不良反应,具有良好的安全性,值得临床推广。Exploring the clinical efficacy of the combination of Rabeprazole and Omeprazole enteric coated capsules in the treatment of gastric ulcers with gastric bleeding.Selecting 80 patients with gastric ulcers and gastric bleeding admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Guizhou Province from February 2022 to February 2023 as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric coated capsules,while the study group was treated with combination therapy of Rabeprazole on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.The results showed that before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After treatment,the improvement of inflammatory cytokine levels in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various dimensions of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the research group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of Rabeprazole and Omeprazole enteric coated capsules has a significant effect on treating gastric ulcers with gastric bleeding.It helps promote the recovery of ulcer sites,accelerate symptom relief,improve patients’quality of life,and has no serious adverse drug reactions.It has good safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
