摘　　要：随着国内电子产品市场规模的不断扩大,在电子产品制造自动化生产线上应用工业机器人具有现实意义。本文首先分析了电子产品制造自动化生产线现状及面临的挑战,然后阐述了工业机器人在该领域的作用,即通过引入工业机器人,可以提高生产效率、灵活性和稳定性,确保生产的安全性,减少次品率,最后介绍了工业机器人在电子产品组装、测试、包装与物流、自动化贴标等方面的应用。With the continuous expansion of the domestic electronic product market,the application of industrial robot in the automated production line of electronic product manufacturing has practical significance.This paper first analyzes the current situation and challenges of electronic product manufacturing automated production line,and then expounds the role of industrial robot in this field,that is,through the introduction of industrial robot,the production efficiency,flexibility and stability can be improved,the production safety can be ensured,and the defective product rate can be reduced.Finally,the application of industrial robot in electronic product assembly,testing,packaging and logistics,and automatic labeling is introduced.
