摘　　要：教学管理在医院全面建设中占据核心地位,对培养高素质医学人才至关重要。住院医师规范化培训作为毕业后医学教育改革的关键,是医学毕业生成为合格医生的必经之路。面对时代变迁,传统教学管理已显不足。本文探讨并应用教学管理系统于住院医师规范化培训中,旨在提升教学质量,优化培训流程,并增强学员满意度。Teaching management occupies a core position in the overall construction of a hospital and is crucial to cultivating high-quality medical talents.Standardized training for residents is the key to the reform of post-graduation medical education and is the only way for medical graduates to become qualified doctors.Facing the changes of the times,traditional teaching management has become insufficient.This article discusses and applies the teaching management system in the standardized training of residents,aiming to improve the quality of teaching,optimize the training process,and enhance student satisfaction.
