替罗非班对缺血性脑血管病患者远期神经功能预后的影响研究

摘　　要：探究替罗非班对缺血性脑血管病患者远期神经功能预后的影响。选取河北省沧州市第四医院2022年1月—2023年12月收治的120例缺血性脑血管病患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组实施传统抗血小板治疗,观察组实施替罗非班治疗。比较两组患者的血小板指标、神经功能评分、并发症发生率。结果显示,治疗后,观察组患者的各项血小板指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者NIHSS、mRS、ADL等神经功能评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组NIHSS、mRS、ADL等神经功能评分均低于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(t=11.906,t=5.213,t=3.084,P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05)。研究发现,替罗非班能显著改善缺血性脑血管病患者的神经功能,具有临床推广价值。Exploring the impact of tirofiban on the long-term neurological function prognosis of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.120 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to Cangzhou Fourth Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received traditional antiplatelet therapy,while the observation group received tirofiban therapy.Compare platelet indicators,neurological function scores,and incidence of complications between two groups of patients.The results showed that after treatment,the platelet indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the NIHSS,mRS,ADL and other neurological function scores of both groups of patients were significantly reduced compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the NIHSS,mRS,ADL and other neurological function scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(t=11.906,t=5.213,t=3.084,P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05).Research has found that tirofiban can significantly improve neurological function in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and has clinical value for promotion.
