摘　　要：探究预见性护理干预应用于前列腺癌手术后并发症护理中的临床效果。选取2021年1月—2024年1月广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的98例前列腺癌患者为研究对象。采用随机双盲法将患者分为两组,每组各49例。在术后并发症护理中,参照组行常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上行预见性护理,对比两组患者的术后并发症、生活质量以及舒适度。结果显示,研究组患者术后生活质量评分、舒适度评分显著高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,预见性护理干预应用于前列腺癌患者术后并发症护理中,可明显减少术后尿失禁等并发症的发生,有效改善患者生活质量,提高患者的舒适度,具有临床实践的可行性。Exploring the clinical efficacy of predictive nursing interventions in the management of postoperative complications in prostate cancer patients.98 prostate cancer patients admitted to Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a double-blind method,with 49 cases in each group.In postoperative complication care,the reference group received routine care,while the study group received predictive care in addition to routine care.The postoperative complications,quality of life,and comfort of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the postoperative quality of life score and comfort score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05);The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that predictive nursing interventions applied to postoperative complications care for prostate cancer patients can significantly reduce the occurrence of postoperative urinary incontinence and other complications,effectively improve patients’quality of life,enhance patient comfort,and have clinical feasibility.
