摘  要:探讨安宁疗护工作坊体验式教学在老年病学科护理实习生中的应用效果。选取2022年7月—2023年3月于广西医科大学第一附属医院老年病学科实习的102名护理实习生作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则将其分为对照组(n=52,采取常规教学模式进行死亡教育)和工作坊组(n=50,采取安宁疗护工作坊体验式教学模式进行死亡教育),比较两组实习生的死亡焦虑评分与死亡态度评分。结果显示,教学前,两组护理实习生的中文版死亡焦虑量表(T-DAS)与中文版死亡态度描绘量表(修订版)(DAP-R)评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);教学后,工作坊组护理实习生的T-DAS评分及DAP-R中死亡逃避、死亡恐惧、逃离接受等维度评分均低于对照组,DAP-R自然接受维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,将安宁疗护工作坊体验式教学应用于老年病学科护理实习生的临床教学,可有效缓解其死亡焦虑。Exploring the application effect of experiential teaching in palliative care workshops for nursing interns in thefield of geriatric diseases.102 nursing interns who interned in the Department of Geriatrics at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,they were divided into a control group(n=52,using conventional teaching mode for death education)and a workshop group(n=50,using palliative care workshop experiential teaching mode for death education).The death anxiety score and death attitude score of the two groups of interns were compared.The results showed that before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the scores of the Chinese version of the Death Anxiety Scale(T-DAS)and the Chinese version of the Death Attitude Description Scale(Revised Edition)(DAP-R)between the two groups of nursing interns;After teaching,the T-DAS scores and DAP-R scores of nursing interns in the workshop group were lower than those in the control group in terms of death avoidance,death fear,and escape acceptance dimensions.The DAP-R natural acceptance dimension score was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that applying experiential teaching in palliative care workshops to clinical teaching of geriatric nursing interns can effectively alleviate their death anxiety.
