摘 要:比较以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)与以讲授为主的(LBL)教学法在眼科临床见习教学中的应用效果。以山东大学临床医学专业5+3本硕学制的57名学生为研究对象,按照教学模式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组两组。对照组为2018级学生(n=26,采用LBL教学法)、观察组为2019级学生(n=31例,采用PBL教学法)。结果表明,观察组临床见习教学成绩、临床见习能力评分、临床见习效果评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床见习满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在眼科临床见习教学中应用PBL教学法、LBL教学法,均可取得一定效果,但PBL教学法的教学效果更好,学生的临床见习教学成绩、临床见习能力、临床见习满意度均更理想,应用价值更显著。To compare the application effect of PBL and LBL teaching methods in ophthalmology clinical clerkship teaching.A total of 57 students majoring in clinical medicine in Shandong University were divided into two groups:control group and observation group according to different teaching modes.The control group was 2018 students(n=26,LBL method)and the observation group was 2019 students(n=31 cases,PBL method).The results showed that the teaching performance,clinical internship ability score and clinical internship effect score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the application of PBL teaching method and LBL teaching method in ophthalmology clinical clerkship teaching can play a certain effect,but the teaching effect of PBL teaching method is better,and the students’clinical clerkship teaching performance,clinical clerkship ability,clinical clerkship effect,and clinical clerkship satisfaction are more ideal,and the application value is more significant.
