摘  要:目的 了解中脑多巴胺(DA)信号异常与注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童行为异常之间的关系。方法使用ADHD-200公共数据库样本和基于种子点的功能连接(FC)分析来评估ADHD儿童脑功能连通性紊乱的变化。根据既往的研究,选择双侧腹侧被盖区(VTA)、黑质致密部(SNc)和蓝斑(LC)作为种子点,探讨其与全脑功能连通性的差异。结果 在功能连通性分析中,当种子放置于左中脑区时,ADHD组双侧脑干、脑桥、左侧壳核、丘脑背侧和颞叶的FC明显高于对照组。结论 ADHD儿童与对照组之间存在明显的脑功能连接的差异。因此,基于中脑的全脑FC改变可能有助于理解ADHD儿童的病理生理学改变,此外,半脑不对称的脑功能差异似乎是ADHD的持久特征。Objective The purpose ofthis study is to understand the relationship between the deficits in attentional performance and impulsive behaviors with aberrant dopamine(DA)signaling in the midbrain.Methods The study used the ADHD-200 sample and seed-based functional connectivity(FC)analysis to assess the change of disturbed functional connectivity in ADHD.In accordance with the previous studies,bilateral ventral tegmental area(VTA)、substantia nigra pars compacta(SNc)and locus coeruleus(LC)were selected as seeds to explore the difference in FC.Results In functional connectivity analyses,with the seed placed in the left-midbrain areas,ADHD group,compared with the control group,showed distinctly higher FC with the bilateral brainstem、ponsas well as the left putamen,internal capsule,dorsal thalamu and temporal lobe.Conclusion The present results point to a clear dissociation between children with ADHD and controls.Therefore,midbrain-based network may contribute towards understanding the pathophysiology of ADHD and hemispheric brain asymmetry differences appeared to be a durable feature of ADHD liability.
