摘 要:针对短管节流阀手工缩口次品率高的问题,基于缩口工艺原理对缩口过程中的阀体进行受力分析,根据分析结果确定模具进给速度及摩擦系数为缩口质量的主要影响因素。在Abaqus中建立摩擦系数不变,模具分别以50mm/s、100mm/s及150mm/s进给速度进行缩口及模具进给速度不变,摩擦系数为0.06、0.10、0.15及0.20的缩口仿真模型。根据两组模型的仿真结果设计正交实验,通过实验分析,对缩口工艺参数及加工装置进行优化。在设备中建立不限制模具径向自由度,150mm/s进给速度及限制模具自由度,50mm/s、100 mm/s及150mm/s进给的对照组进行分析。结果表明:设备采用优化后的缩口工艺参数提升了缩口工艺质量。In response to the problem of high defect rate in manual necking of short pipe throttle valves,a force analysis was conducted on the valve body during the necking process based on the necking process principle.Based on the analysis results,the main influencing factors on necking quality were determined to be the mold feed speed and friction coefficient.Establish a shrinkage simulation model in Abaqus with constant friction coefficient,with the mold shrinking at feed rates of 50 mm/s,100 mm/s,and 150 mm/s,and the mold feeding rate remaining unchanged.The friction coefficients are 0.06,0.10,0.15,and 0.20.Design orthogonal experiments based on the simulation results of two sets of models,and optimize the necking process parameters and processing equipment through experimental analysis.Establish a control group in the equipment that does not limit the radial freedom of the mold,has a feed rate of 150 mm/s,and limits the freedom of the mold,with a feed rate of 50 mm/s,100 mm/s,and 150 mm/s for analysis.The results indicate that the optimized necking process parameters of the equipment have improved the quality of the necking process.
