摘 要:通过试验方法研究温度对燃具中燃气动磁式比例阀及其关键零部件(薄膜、磁铁、弹簧)的性能影响。环境温度变化会对比例阀的稳压性能产生影响。温度变化对比例阀中磁铁的性能影响较大,对薄膜和弹簧影响较小。对动磁式比例阀,采用铁氧体磁铁,比例阀的稳压性能较差;采用钕铁硼磁铁,比例阀的稳压性能较好。The influence of temperature on the performance of gas dynamic magnetic proportional valves and their key components(membrane,magnet and spring)in gas appliances was studied by experimental methods.Changes in ambient temperature can have an impact on the pressure stabilizing performance of the proportional valve.The temperature change has a large influence on the performance of the magnet in the proportional valve,and has a small influence on the membrane and spring.For the dynamic magnetic proportional valve,when ferrite magnet is used,the proportional valve has poor pressure stabilizing performance;when neodymium-iron-boron(NdFeB)magnet is used,the proportional valve has good pressure stabilizing performance.
