摘 要:成形性能测试实验中常用的获取材料成形极限曲线的实验方法有电腐蚀网格附着方法与油漆喷涂散斑附着方法,但通过这2种方法所获取的成形极限曲线在成形极限预测中的差异尚不明确。在电腐蚀网格附着方法中,分别使用Hecker方法和GMAS软件2种不同的数据处理方式获取成形极限曲线;在油漆喷涂散斑附着方法中,基于DIC技术使用T-D法获取成形极限曲线。将获得的成形极限曲线引入Dynaform有限元仿真中作为破裂判据对板材破裂时的减薄率进行预测,并与实验结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:不同实验方法获取的成形极限曲线对304不锈钢板材破裂时减薄率的预测存在一定的差异,其中当板材宽度较小时,散斑曲线对破裂的预测更为接近实际情况;当板材宽度逐渐增大至接近板材长度时,GMAS曲线对破裂的预测更为接近实际情况。The experimental methods commonly used to obtain the forming limit curve are electrocorrosive grid attachment method and paint spraying speckle attachment method,but the difference between the forming limit curves in the forming limit prediction obtained by these two methods is not clear.In the electric corrosion grid attachment method,two different data processing methods,Hecker method and GMAS software,are used to obtain the forming limit curve,which is obtained by T-D method based on DIC technology in speckle attachment method of paint spraying.The obtained forming limit curve is introduced into Dynaform finite element simulation as a rupture criterion to predict the thinning rate of plate rupture,and to compare with the experimental results.The results show that the forming limit curves obtained by different experimental methods have some differences in the prediction of thinning rate of 304 stainless steel plate.When the plate width is small,the prediction of speckle curve is closer to the actual situation,and when the plate width increases gradually close to the length of the plate,the fracture prediction of the GMAS curve is closer to the actual situation.
