2020-2022年某疗养机构空勤人员营养知识、态度、行为调查及管理方法研究

摘  要:目的调查2020-2022年某疗养机构空勤人员营养知识、态度及行为情况,分析营养管理方法。方法将2020-2022年某疗养机构118名空勤人员纳入研究,展开营养知识、态度、行为问卷调查,收集基本信息,比较不同岗位分类、年龄、性别、疾病的空勤人员之间的营养知识、态度、行为评分,分析相关性;根据调查结果采取营养管理办法,比较管理前后营养知识、态度、行为评分。结果在营养管理前,后勤保障人员营养知识、态度、行为评分高于飞行员、空中特勤人员及地面特勤人员(P<0.05);不同性别空勤人员营养知识、态度、行为评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在营养管理后,不同岗位分类、不同年龄、不同性别以及不同疾病情况下的空勤人员之间营养知识、态度、行为评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与管理前相比,管理后不同岗位分类、不同年龄、不同性别以及不同疾病情况下的空勤人员的营养知识、态度、行为评分均上升,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空勤人员的营养知识、营养态度、营养行为两两互相呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论2020-2022年某疗养机构空勤人员营养知识、态度及行为情况有待提高,整体评分较低,空勤人员在营养管理方面的知识、态度和行为互相产生影响;实施营养管理办法有助于提升其营养知识水平,改善其在营养管理方面的态度,促进其健康营养行为。Objective To investigate the nutritional knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors of air crew in a sanatorium from 2020 to 2022,and analyzing their nutritional management methods.Methods A total of 118 air crew members in a sanatorium from 2020 to 2022 were included in this study.A questionnaire survey on nutritional knowledge,attitude and behavior was conducted to collect basic information.The scores of nutritional knowledge,attitude and behavior were compared among air crew of different types of job,ages,genders and diseases.Nutritional management methods were adopted according to the survey results,and the scores of nutritional knowledge,attitude and behavior were compared before and after nutritional management.Results Before nutritional management,the scores of nutrition knowledge,attitude and behavior of fighters were higher than those of transport planes and bombers(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the nutritional knowledge,attitude or behavior scores between air crew members of different genders(P>0.05).After nutritional management,there were no significant difference in the nutritional knowledge,attitude,or behavior scores among air crew of different aircraft types,ages,genders,or disease conditions(P>0.05).The nutritional knowledge,attitude,and behavior scores were increased after nutritional management in all the air crew members(P<0.05).The nutritional knowledge,attitude,and behavior of air crew members were positively correlated with each other(P<0.05).Conclusion The air crew in a sanatorium from 2020 to 2022 have low scores of nutritional knowledge,attitude and behavior.Their knowledge,attitude,and behavior in nutrition management are mutually influenced.Nutrition management measures can improve their nutrition knowledge level,enhance their attitude towards nutrition management,and promote their healthy nutrition behavior.
