摘　　要：站在两个大局的新的历史交汇点上,提升全民国防意识和国防素养,是一项极其重要和关键的研究课题。学校国防教育是全民国防教育的基础。探索新时期高校国防教育在国家、社会和个人三维向度上的应然价值,分析高校国防教育在新时期面临的国防观念意识不深切不牢固、国防内容覆盖不系统不全面、国防文化氛围不浓厚不强烈、国防实践不广泛不经常的实然困境,并针对性地从观念更新、内容拓新、文化融新、模式创新四个方面探讨高校国防教育的路径选择,以期强化高校国防教育的育人功能,达到增强高校师生的国防观念和国防意识的效果。Standing at the new historical intersection of the two overall situations,it is an extremely important and key research topic to enhance the national defense awareness and national defense accomplishment of the whole people.National defense education in schools is the foundation of national defense education for the whole people.This paper explores the obligatory value of national defense education in the three dimensions of the country,society and individuals in colleges and universities in the new era,and analyzes the real dilemma faced by national defense education in colleges and universities in the new era,such as the lack of deep and firm awareness of national defense concept,the lack of systematic and comprehensive coverage of national defense content,the lack of strong national defense cultural atmosphere,and the lack of extensive and frequent national defense practice.Therefore,this paper also discusses the path selection of national defense education in colleges and universities from four aspects of concept renewal,content innovation,cultural integration and model innovation,in order to strengthen the educational function of national defense education in colleges and universities,and achieve the effect of enhancing the national defense concept and awareness of teachers and students in colleges and universities.
