摘　　要：在新时代教育发展的背景下,五“破”五“立”成为教育评价改革的重要实施方向。全面落实立德树人根本任务,达成高质量教育教学效果,办好具有中国特色的世界一流大学都离不开教育评价的精准实施。借鉴三螺旋模型,针对教师评价中的动态性以及教师与学校、政企之间的评价相关性,构建与实际教学相呼应、相吻合的教育教学质量提升途径,提出高校教师评价体系的优化策略。通过改进结果评价、强化过程评价和探索增值评价三个层面,增强高校、教师和政企三者产生的双边作用,充分发挥高校教育评价的价值,推进高校教育现代化进程。In the context of the educational development in the new era,the five“breakings”and five“establishings”have become important directions for the implementation of educational evaluation reform.It is essential to precisely implement the educational evaluation with the full implementation of the fundamental task of moral education,the achievement of high-quality education and teaching effects,and the establishment of world-class universities with Chinese characteristics.Based on the triple helix model,this paper constructs a path to improve the quality of education and teaching that echoes and coincides with the actual teaching in view of the dynamic nature of teacher evaluation and the relevance of evaluation between teachers and schools,government and enterprises,and proposes the optimization strategy of the evaluation system of college teachers.By improving outcome evaluation,strengthening process evaluation and exploring value-added evaluation,it is necessary to enhance the bilateral role generated by universities,teachers,government and enterprises,give full play to the value of higher education evaluation,and promote the modernization process of higher education.
