摘　　要：肾癌伴皮肤转移是临床上较为少见的疾病,国内外文献少有报道。本文回顾性分析2023年7月于长治医学院附属长治市人民医院收治的1例肾癌伴头皮及阴囊转移患者的临床资料及诊治过程,复习相关文献并探讨肾癌伴皮肤转移的临床表现、诊断及治疗,以提高对该病的认识,减少临床误诊概率。Kidney cancer with skin metastasis is a relatively rare disease,with limited reports in domestic and for-eign literatures.This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with kidney cancer with scalp and scrotal metastasis admitted to Changzhi People's Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College in July 2023,reviewed relevant literatures and the clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment of renal cell carcinoma with skin metastasis are discussed to improve awareness of the condition and reduce the likeli-hood of misdiagnosis in clinical practice..
