摘  要:软枣猕猴桃(Actinidia arguta Planch.)以其丰富的营养价值和优良的加工特性受到广泛关注。然而,由于其繁殖速度缓慢及天然种群数量有限,推动软枣猕猴桃的组培快繁技术研究显得尤为重要。探讨软枣猕猴桃的组培快繁技术发展现状,分析其在满足市场需求及促进产业发展中的关键作用,重点关注外植体的选择与处理以及培养基的配制与优化,这些因素直接影响组培快繁的增殖系数和成苗率。通过对现有文献的整理与分析,总结了软枣猕猴桃在组培快繁技术中的应用进展,指出高产优良品种的筛选潜力,发现合理选择外植体和优化培养基成分是提高软枣猕猴桃组培快繁效率的关键。为推动软枣猕猴桃的产业化发展提供了理论支持,并为今后相关领域的深入研究奠定了基础。The soft kiwifruit(Actinidiaarguta Planch.)renowned for its rich nutritional value and superior processing characteristics,is widely recognized.However,due to its slow reproductive rate and limited natural population,the advancement of in vitro fast propagation technology for the soft kiwifruit is crucial.This paper aims to explore the current state of in vitro fast propagation technology for the soft kiwifruit,analyzing its pivotal role in meeting market demands and driving industrial development,with a focus on the selection and treatment of explants,as well as the preparation and optimization of culture medium.These factors significantly impact the multiplication rate and survival rate of plants through in vitro propagation.Through the sorting and analysis of existing literature,the application progress of soft kiwifruit in tissue culture rapid propagation technology is summarized,and the potential for screening high-yield and excellent varieties is pointed out.It was found that the strategic choice of explants and optimizing the composition of the culture medium are key to enhancing the efficiency of in vitro fast propagation for the soft kiwifruit.This research provides theoretical support for the industrialization of the soft kiwifruit and lays the groundwork for future in-depth studies in related fields.
