摘　　要：通过对大学生心理健康问题的分析,研究了影视文化与大学生心理建设的关系。从大学生心理建设的重要性入手,结合态度变化阶段理论,探索影视文化在大学生心理建设中的功能和作用,认为加强大学生的心理健康教育、提供专业的心理咨询服务、倡导健康的影视文化观念、鼓励参与影视文化创作等心理建设路径,能够帮助大学生更好地应对心理健康问题,促进其身心健康发展。By analyzing the mental health problems of college students,the relationship between film and television culture and the mental health construction of college students was studied.Starting from the importance of psychological construction for college students,combined with the theory of stages of attitude change,the functions and roles of film and television culture in the psychological construction of college students were explored.It was believed that strengthening the mental health education of college students,providing professional psychological counseling services,advocating healthy film and television cultural concepts,and encouraging participation in film and television cultural creation could help college students better cope with mental health problems and promote their healthy physical and mental development.
