摘 要:来华留学生知华友华教育,首先应明确其称说与内涵,并以《来华留学生高等教育质量规范》(试行)等官方文件为依据开展工作。其建设目标可分为基础性目标、关键性目标和终极性目标。在知华友华教育过程中,基础性目标是前提和初阶,关键性目标有着承上启下的作用,终极性目标是最终努力的方向。其遵循原则包括知识教育与价值观引领相结合原则,文化介入原则,层级结构原则,实效导向原则,经验整合与理论比较构建原则。其实践路径可归结为坚持“育人理念”引领,深化实践探索与创新,构建长效体制机制三个阶段和层次。International students who come to China to learn about China Zhihua Youhua Education should first clarify its name and connotation,and carry out work based on official documents such as the“Quality Standards for Higher Education of International Students in China”(Trial).Its construction goals can be divided into fundamental goals,critical goals,and ultimate goals.In the process of Zhihua Youhua education,fundamental goals are the premise and initial stage,critical goals play a bridging role,and ultimate goals are the ultimate direction of effort.Its principles include the combination of knowledge education and value guidance,cultural intervention,hierarchical structure,effectiveness orientation,experience integration and theoretical comparison construction.The practical path can be summarized as three stages and levels:adhering to the guidance of the“education concept”,deepening practical exploration and innovation,and building a long-term institutional mechanism.
