摘 要:孔颖达的《礼记正义》自问世以来,受到了学术界的广泛赞誉,它不仅集两汉至初唐《礼记》学之大成,取得了显著成就,而且在著述体例上展现了众多优势。通过对《正义》文本的梳理,可以将孔颖达著述体例的优势归纳为六点:一是贯通“三礼”及其他经传;二是对名物和制度的考释详实丰富;三是努力补充《礼记》经文及其郑注的遗漏;四是善于阐释精深的义理;五是表现出谨慎的著述态度;六是训诂文字典雅而流畅。这些著述体例的优势,既与孔颖达深厚的经学素养密切相关,也与《五经正义》修撰发起者唐太宗的政治抱负有着重要联系。Kong Yingda’s Commentary on the Book of Rites has won wide praise in the academic circle since its publication.Confucian“Commentary”represents the culmination of the study of the Book of Rites from the Han to the early Tang dynasties,achieving remarkable achievements and demonstrating many advantages in the style of writing.Six merits of the main writing styles can be summarized by sorting out Kong Shu’s texts:integration of“Three Rites”and other classics;detailed explanation of names,objects and systems;supplements of the deficiencies in the text of the Book of Rites and its annotations;adept at elucidating profound theories;cautious in writing;and profound understanding of philology and textual interpretation.These merits are not only closely related to Kong Yingda’s profound knowledge of classical studies,but also inseparable from the lofty political aspirations of Emperor Taizong of Tang Dynasty,who initiated the compilation of the Commentaries the Five Classics.
