基于专利视角的人乳头瘤病毒疫苗发展态势研究

摘　　要：通过智慧芽全球专利检索数据库检索人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)疫苗相关专利,对专利申请趋势、技术来源地、重点申请人排名等进行分析,并对现有专利的技术热点以及重点申请人的专利技术进行分析,以期为国内HPV疫苗创新研发及专利申请提供参考。目前HPV疫苗的主要技术领域集中在病毒性抗原、编码融合蛋白、杂合肽类等。我国康乐卫士公司以及厦门大学&万泰生物公司对于HPV疫苗的研发采用原核表达系统,走出了一条全新的技术路线。未来,可考虑加快国产疫苗国际化,聚焦研究热点、加强创新研发,以期为全球宫颈癌防控贡献中国智慧和力量。HPV vaccine related patents were searched in the PatSnap patent search database.The trend of patent applications,the place of origin of technologies,and the ranking of key applicants were analyzed,as well as the technological hotspots of the existing patents and the patented technologies of key applicants,with a view to provide references for the innovative research and development of HPV vaccines and patent applications in China.At present,the main technical fields of HPV vaccines focus on viral antigens,coding fusion proteins,and heterogeneous peptides.Beijing Health Guard Biotechnology Inc.and Xiamen University&Innovax develop HPV vaccine using prokaryotic expression system,which is a new technical route.In the future,China should speed up the interna⁃tionalization of domestic vaccines,focus on research hotspots,and strengthen innovative research and development,so as to contribute Chinese wisdom and strength to the global prevention and control of cervical cancer.
