摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是中老年人第二大常见的神经系统变性疾病,以黑质多巴胺神经元变性、缺失为主要病理特点,疾病病程长、致残率高,严重影响着患者的生活质量。PD早期临床表现异质性大,起病隐匿,不易与其他运动障碍疾病相鉴别,造成漏诊误诊。因此,早期筛查识别是PD临床诊疗的关键所在。研究发现,PD及相关运动障碍疾病病程早期可出现眼球运动障碍。本文将对PD及相关运动障碍疾病眼球运动障碍的研究进展进行综述。Parkinson disease(PD)is the second largest neurodegenerative disease in middle-aged and elderly individuals and is characterized by the degeneration and loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra.It often has a long course and a high disability rate,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Due to the heterogeneity of the early clinical manifestations of PD and the insidious onset of PD,it is difficult to distinguish it from other movement disorders,leading to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Therefore,early screening and identification of PD is crucial for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Previous studies have shown that eye movement disorders may occur in the early stages of PD and related movement disorders.This article reviews the research advances in eye movement disorders in PD and related movement disorders.
