摘　　要：抗Sulfatide抗体阳性的GBS临床病例报道少见,本文通过回顾性分析3例抗Sulfatide抗体阳性的患者,在临床表现和及辅助检查等方面符合GBS的诊断,免疫治疗有效。同时对相关文献进行复习,以提高对该病的认识。There are few reports of Guillain-Barrésyndrome(GBS)with positive anti-Sulfatide antibodies.This article performs a retrospective analysis of three patients with positive anti-Sulfatide antibodies.Their clinical manifestations and auxiliary examination results met the diagnostic criteria for GBS,and they showed response to immunotherapy.A literature review is performed to improve understanding of the disease.
