摘  要:城市电网智能运维涉及输电、变电、配电各环节的智能设备应用、数字平台构建与数据分析等,但目前缺乏对智能运维技术应用的多维评价体系。因此,针对城市电网智能运维,以建设规划、运维管理、应用成效、支撑体系为一级指标构建多维评价体系。通过层次分析法构建评价模型,对城市电网智能运维体系有效性进行量化评价。结果表明,通过构建城市电网智能运维多维评价体系,可判断城市电网各环节的智能运维水平,识别影响智能运维体系构建的薄弱环节,为城市电网智能运维的发展和建设提供指导和依据。The intelligent operation and maintenance of urban power grids involve the application of intelligent equipment in various links such as transmission,transformation,and distribution,as well as the construction of digital platforms and data analysis.However,there is currently a lack of a multi-dimensional evaluation system for the application of intelligent operation and maintenance technology.Therefore,this paper focuses on the intelligent operation and maintenance of urban power grids,and constructs a multi-dimensional evaluation system with construction planning,operation and maintenance management,application effectiveness,and support system as the primary indicators.Construct an evaluation model using analytic hierarchy process to quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of the intelligent operation and maintenance system for urban power grids.The results indicate that by constructing a multi-dimensional evaluation system for intelligent operation and maintenance of urban power grids,the level of intelligent operation and maintenance in each link of the urban power grid can be determined,weak links affecting the construction of the intelligent operation and maintenance system can be identified,and guidance and basis can be provided for the development and construction of intelligent operation and maintenance of urban power grids.
