石化企业在线考试面临的问题与优化策略

摘　　要：近年来,在线考试作为一种新型的考试形式,在石化企业得到了广泛的应用,并取得了较好的效果。文章探讨了石化企业在线考试在推广和应用过程中面临的问题和挑战,包括企业认知度不足、价格相对较高以及在线考试服务限制等。针对这些问题,提出了优化策略与建议,如加强技术研发、完善考试规则、确定合适的宣传手段等。文章还介绍了在线考试全流程一体化的实现策略,包括建立自有题库资源、自主研发在线考试平台以及提供全方位服务支持,对规范石化企业在线考试有一定的借鉴作用。In recent years,online exams,as a new form of examination,have been widely used in internal of petrochemical enterprises and have achieved good results.This paper explores the problems and challenges faced by petrochemical enterprises in the promotion and application of online exams,including insufficient enterprise awareness,relatively high prices and restrictions on online exam services.In response to these issues,optimization strategies and suggestions have been proposed,such as strengthening technological research and development,improving exam rules and determining appropriate promotional methods.The study also introduced the implementation strategy of the entire process integrating of online exams,including establishing self owned question bank resources,independently developing online exam platforms and providing comprehensive service support,which has a certain reference value for standardizing online exams in petrochemical enterprises.
