摘  要:“双一流”计划是我国致力于提升高等教育综合实力所推出的一项重大改革决策,重点是在工程教育质量方面进行一系列革新。目前,传统教育模式已不足以满足现代工业对高技能工程师的需求。文章探索了“双一流”背景下对冶金工程专业实践教育进行的系统改革,从当前冶金工程实践教学的现状及存在的问题入手,探讨了“双一流”计划通过加大投资、改善设施及扩大国际合作来提升教育质量,提出了多项基于成人教育理论和经验学习圈理论的教学改革措施。这些措施旨在加强学生的实践能力和创新思维,同时使理论教学与实际操作更加紧密结合。这些综合教育改革措施的实施将为冶金工程专业学生创造一个充满实践和创新机会的学习环境,为他们将来应对技术挑战做好准备。The “double first-class” program is a major reform decision made by China to promote the comprehensive strength of higher education,focusing on a series of innovations carried out in the quality of engineering education.At present,the traditional education model is not enough to meet the demand of modern industry for highly skilled engineers.This paper explores the systematic reform of metallurgical engineering professional practice education under the background of “double first-class”,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of metallurgical engineering practice teaching,and discusses the "double firstclass" program to improve the quality of education by increasing investment,improving facilities and promoting international cooperation,proposes a number of teaching reform measures based on adult education concept and experiential education concept theory.These measures aim to strengthen students' practical ability and innovative thinking,while making theoretical teaching more closely integrated with practical operation.The implementation of these comprehensive educational reforms measure will create a learning environment full of practical and innovative opportunities for metallurgical engineering students,preparing them for future technological challenges.
