身心疗愈式手工艺治疗对住院慢性精神障碍患者康复疗效的影响研究

摘　　要：受疾病影响,精神障碍患者的认知功能、社会功能和职业功能等均会出现不同程度的衰退。当前在精神康复领域,注重手工制作训练、轻视心理疗愈引导的手工艺治疗方式对精神障碍患者多层次、多样化的康复需求回应有限。文章以手工艺术创作+心理成长疗愈的方式对住院慢性精神障碍患者开展身心疗愈式手工艺治疗,以此探究该治疗对住院慢性精神障碍患者康复疗效的影响。研究结果显示,身心疗愈式手工艺治疗能改善患者手操作功能和认知功能;提升患者的认知情绪调节能力和改善患者的心理状态。Affected by diseases,patients with mental disorders experience varying degrees of decline in cognitive,social,and occupational functions.Currently,in the field of mental rehabilitation,the handicraft therapy that focuses on handmade production training while neglecting psychological healing guidance,has limited responses to the multi-level and diversified rehabilitation needs of patients with mental disorders.This paper explores the effect of mind-body healing-oriented handicraft therapy on the rehabilitation efficacy of hospitalized patients with chronic mental disorders by implementing a therapeutic approach that combines handicraft art creation with psychological growth and healing.The results indicate that mind-body healing-oriented handicraft therapy can improve patients'hand manipulation and cognitive functions,as well as enhance their cognitive emotional regulation abilities and ameliorate their psychological state.
