摘　　要：目的:探讨问题性移动网络使用与大学新生学业适应的关系,考察负性情绪和情绪调节在其中的作用。方法:采用大学生问题性移动网络使用行为量表、大学生学习适应量表、超简抑郁焦虑筛查量表和情绪调节量表对955名大一新生进行了问卷调查。结果:(1)问题性移动网络使用能显著负向预测学业适应(β=-0.41,t=-13.19,P<0.001);(2)问题性移动网络使用通过负性情绪的中介作用预测学业适应(β=-0.12,Boot SE=0.01,95%CI=[-0.15,-0.09]);(3)认知重评调节了问题性移动网络使用对负性情绪的预测路径(β=-0.002,t=-2.52,P<0.05),而表达抑制调节了负性情绪对学业适应的预测路径(β=0.10,t=3.72,P<0.001)。结论:问题性移动网络使用能显著预测大学新生学业适应,负性情绪在其中起到部分中介作用,认知重评调节了前半段路径,而表达抑制调节了后半段路径。Objective:To explore the relationship between problematic Internet use and academic adaptation of college freshmen,and the role of negative emotions and emotion regulation in it.Methods:A total of 955 freshmen were investigated by using the College Students'Problematic Mobile Network Usage Behavior Scale,the Learning Adjustment Test,the Patient Health Questionnaire 4,and the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire.Results:①Problematic Internet use could significantly negatively predict academic adaptation(β=-0.41,t=-13.19,P<0.001).②Problematic Internet use predicted academic adaptation through the mediating effect of negative emotions(β=-0.12,Boot SE=0.01,95%CI=[-0.15,-0.09]).③Cognitive reappraisal moderated the predictive path of problematic Internet use to negative emotions(β=-0.002,t=-2.52,P<0.05),while expression suppression moderated the predictive path of negative emotions to academic adaptation(β=0.10,t=3.72,P<0.001).Conclusion:Problematic Internet use can significantly predict freshmen'academic adaptation,in which negative emotions played a partial mediating role.Cognitive reappraisal moderated the first half of the pathway,while expression suppression moderated the second half.
