摘 要:为考察调孔剂对自制活性炭的孔结构和吸附萘磺酸废水性能的影响,以褐煤为原料,通过浸渍法将煤和调孔剂混合,并采用一步炭化、活化法制备活性炭。通过改变调孔剂的种类和添加量(w,下同)来制备活性炭,并将制备的活性炭来处理萘磺酸废水,研究表明,调孔剂的种类是影响活性炭吸附萘磺酸废水性能首要因素,这与其改性是否成功、孔径分布是否合理、吸附性能优劣直接相关。此外,调孔剂的添加量也对活性炭成孔及孔径能否合理分布有着重要的影响,调孔剂添加量过少时会导致孔隙发育不良,调孔剂添加量过多时会造成孔壁塌陷,抑制造孔和孔隙发育。制备活性炭时添加的调孔剂的种类不同对应的调孔剂的最佳添加量不同,调孔剂的添加量与活性炭的孔隙率、孔径分布并不成正比。当调孔剂为KOH,且KOH的添加量为50%时,制备的活性炭对β-萘磺酸废水的吸附效果最好,并且在pH值为3、温度为20℃时吸附量可达到84.10 mg/g。To investigate the effect of pore modulator on the pore structure and adsorption of naphthalene sulfonic acid wastewater of prepared activated carbon,lignite is used as the raw material,the raw material and porosity regulator are mixed by impregnation method,and activated carbon is prepared by one-step carbonization and activation method.By changing the type and amount of pore modulator to prepare activated carbon,and the prepared activated carbon is used to treat naphthalene sulfonic acid wastewater.The results show that the type of pore modulator is the primary factor affecting the performance of activated carbon adsorption for naphthalene sulfonic acid wastewater,which is directly related to whether it can be successfully modified,whether the pore size distribution is reasonable,and the adsorption performance is good or bad.In addition,the amount of pore modulator addition also has an important impact on the pore formation and the reasonable distribution of pore size in activated carbon.Insufficient addition of pore modulator can lead to poor pore development,while excessive addition can cause pore wall collapse,inhibiting pore formation and pore development.It is worth noting that the type of pore modulator addition in the preparation of activated carbon is different and the optimal amount of pore modulator is different,and the amount of pore modulator addition is not proportional to the porosity and pore size distribution of activated carbon.It is concluded that the activated carbon prepared when the pore modulator is KOH and the addition amount of KOH is 50%,the prepared activated carbon has the best adsorption effect onβ-naphthalene sulfonic acid wastewater,and the adsorption capacity can reach 84.10 mg/g at pH=3 and 20℃.
