摘　　要：临床营养治疗是肿瘤综合治疗的重要组成部分,其理论与技能对肿瘤专科医生不可或缺。随着营养治疗技术在临床的不断应用,与其相关的并发症也逐渐被认识和重视,再喂养综合征(RFS)便是其中之一。RFS是一种潜在的致命疾病,由于其临床表现无特异性,故常被临床忽略,也容易导致误诊误治。本文针对本院肿瘤科收治的1例老年肿瘤化疗并发RFS患者,通过对患者营养状况评价,及时诊断RFS并对其进行分级;采用个体化营养配制途径为患者提供序贯的营养方案,实现RFS指标改善,使患者获得良好转归。通过阐述RFS发现、发展及治疗过程,并结合文献复习相关知识,以期提高临床医生对其认识并了解应对措施。The clinical nutritional therapy is an important component of comprehensive treatment for tumors,and the theory knowledge and skills are indispensable for oncologist.With the continuous application of nutritional therapy in clinical practice,the related complications have gradually been recognized and taken into consideration seriously,such as refeeding syndrome(RFS).RFS is a potentially lethal disease,and because its clinical manifestations are non-specific,it is often ignored in clinical practice and is also easy to lead to misdiagnosis and improper treatment.This study focused on a case of an elderly patient with RFS who was admitted to the oncology department of our hospital due to complications from chemotherapy.By evaluating the nutritional status,RFS was diagnosed and graded in a timely manner.The progressive nutrition programs were provided for the patient through individualized formulation,so as to achieve the goal of improving disease indicators and receiving a good outcome.By explaining the processes of RFS discovery,development,and treatment,we hope to improve clinicians'understanding and response measures for RFS in combination with literature review of related knowledge.
