摘　　要：收集1例近年来东阳市人民医院收治的乳腺转移性甲状腺滤泡癌病例。本例患者为27岁女性,术前超声提示右侧乳房可见一低回声团块,水平位生长且呈不规则形,团块边缘光整,BIRADS 4A类。行手术完整切除右侧乳房肿块。乳腺转移性甲状腺滤泡癌十分罕见,术前影像学及术中快速冰冻病理诊断十分困难,日常工作中容易误诊为乳腺原发良恶性肿瘤,临床病史及术后病理免疫组织化学的应用十分重要,手术切除原发灶及转移灶仍是该肿瘤的首选治疗方案。A case of breast metastatic follicular thyroid carcinoma admitted to Dongyang People's Hospital in recent years was collected.The patient,a 27-year-old female,was diagnosed with a hypoechoic mass in her right breast by ultrasound examination,which grew irregularly in horizontal position and had smooth edges,BI_RADS 4A.The mass in the right breast was completely removed by surgery.The breast metastatic follicular thyroid carcinoma is very rare.It is very difficult to diagnose by preoperative imaging,intraoperative rapid freezing and pathological examination.It is easy to be misdiagnosed as primary benign and malignant tumors of the breast in daily work.The utilization of clinical history and postoperative immunohistochemistry is of great importance,and surgical resection of the primary and metastatic tumors remains the preferred treatment of this tumor.
