摘　　要：大学精神是“文化记忆”的真实存在。新时代大学精神的建构遵循记忆的传承与创新这一文化逻辑,并以记忆场域、记忆主体与记忆载体三要素为核心实现动态发展。大学精神的传承包含创新,创新渗透于传承之中,二者相互作用,具有内在统一性。大学精神以文化记忆的权力和媒介维度实现传承,其新时代内涵以文化记忆的功能和时间维度获得创新。新时代大学精神的建构应通过文化记忆机制进行内涵选择、价值重构、空间转换与时间重塑,推进大学精神建构与教育教学工作深度融合,继而为实现新时代高校人才培养高质量发展发挥重要作用。University spirit is the real existence of'cultural memory'.The construction of university spirit in the new era follows the cultural logic of memory inheritance and innovation,and realizes dynamic development with the three elements of memory field,memory subject and memory carrier as the core.The inheritance of university spirit includes innovation,and innovation penetrates into inheritance.The two interact with each other and have internal unity.The university spirit is inherited by the power and media dimension of cultural memory,and its connotation in the new era is innovated by the function and time dimension of cultural memory.The construction of university spirit in the new era should carry out connotation selection,value reconstruction,space transformation and time remodeling through cultural memory mechanism,promote the deep integration of university spirit construction and education and teaching work,and then play an important role in realizing the high-quality development of talent training in colleges and universities in the new era.
