摘　　要：通过步进电机和同步带搭建了三维机械运动结构,设计了测压电路完成电势的测量,利用Arduino实时获取和传输探针数据,并借助MATLAB插值算法来拟合三维等势面,实现了可视化.在平行板和同心半球形电容器间等势面的描绘中与理论结果有着较高的契合度.A three-dimensional mechanical motion structure was constructed using a stepper motor and a synchronous belt,and a voltage measurement circuit was designed to measure the potential.The Arduino was used to achieve this Real time acquisition and transmission of probe data were achieved,and MATLAB interpolation algorithm was used to fit the three-dimensional equipotential surface,realizing visualization In parallel plates and concentric halves.The depiction of equipotential surfaces between spherical capacitors has a high degree of agreement with theoretical results.
