摘  要:涂层的使用可以解决硬质合金刀具强韧性之间的矛盾,含涂层的硬质合金刀具综合性能优异,但单层涂层难以满足高速切削和干式切削加工的需求。本文采用化学气相沉积方法在WC-6Co硬质合金基体上制备MT-TiCN单层涂层和MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)双层涂层。通过对比MT-TiCN涂层和MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层的组织结构、硬度、结合强度、抗氧化性能和摩擦磨损性能,研究涂覆Al_(2)O_(3)层对MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层组织和性能的影响。结果表明,与MT-TiCN涂层相比,MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层仍具有较好的结合强度、较优的抗氧化性、较低的硬度和较差的摩擦磨损性能。MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层氧化后增重较小,氧化后形貌有所改善。MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层表面粗糙度较大,摩擦系数较大;由于Al_(2)O_(3)层在摩擦过程中容易破裂、剥落,使得MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层磨损率较高。The inherent contradiction between hardness and toughness in cemented carbide tools can be effectively addressed through the application of coatings,resulting in enhanced overall properties for coated cemented carbide tools.However,a single coating may not suffice to meet the demands of high-speed and dry cutting applications.This study aims to provide a reference for the design,application,and advancement of coated cemented carbide tools studying MT-TiCN single coating and an MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)bilayer coating deposited onto WC-6Co substrates using chemical vapor deposition technology.A comparative analysis was conducted on the microstructure,hardness,adhesive strength,oxidation resistance,and tribological properties of the MT-TiCN coating and the MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)coating,with a focus on the influence of the Al_(2)O_(3)layer on these properties.The results indicate that the MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)coating maintains good adhesive strength.In comparison to the MT-TiCN coating,the MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)coating exhibits lower hardness,reduced oxidation weight gain,and improved oxidation morphology,alongside increased surface roughness,higher friction coefficient,and wear rate.While the Al_(2)O_(3)layer significantly enhances the oxidation resistance of the MT-TiCN/Al_(2)O_(3)coating,it simultaneously detracts from wear resistance,as the Al_(2)O_(3)layer is prone to breakage and delamination under dry sliding conditions.
