摘  要:当前新农科建设背景下,地方高等院校农业硕士培养存在实践能力不足、培养主体间协同不畅、导师团队优势互补不足等问题。为了应对这些挑战,地方高等院校应明确五项基本素质的培养目标,通过四方主体协同合作,加强农业产业三个关键环节实践,实行两种培养方法平衡,组建一支优势互补导师团队,以此保障“五位一体”农业硕士培养机制有效运行。从农业产业链视角出发,保障农业硕士理论和实践能力全面发展,培养具备五方面基本素质的高水平复合型农业产业发展人才。Under the background of the construction of new agricultural science,there are some problems in many local colleges and universities,such as insufficient practical ability,poor coordination between the training subjects,and insufficient complementary advantages of the tutor team.Local institutions of higher learning should take five basic qualities as the goal,strengthen the practice of three key links of agricultural industry through the coordination of four parties,implement the balance of two training methods,and form a tutor team with complementary advantages,so as to ensure the effective operation of the“five-in-one”agricultural master training mechanism.From the perspective of agricultural industry chain,it will guarantee the comprehensive development of theoretical and practical ability of agricultural master,and cultivate high-level compound agricultural industry development talents with five basic qualities.
