摘　　要：以X公司为例,深入研究X公司生产现状,从成品率角度出发,运用因果图和层次分析法分析生产过程中的核心问题及其根源,为同行业其他企业提升质量和效率提供理论依据,推动废弃塑料再生行业的可持续发展.This paper takes Company X as a case,delves into the current production status of Company X,and uses cause-and-effect diagrams and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to analyze the core problems and their root causes in the production process from the perspective of the yield rate.It aims to provide a theoretical basis for other enterprises in the industry to enhance quality and efficiency,thereby promoting the sustainable development of the waste plastic recycling industry.
