偏远少数民族地区农村学前教育质量研究--以贵州省望谟县为例

摘  要:学前教育在基础教育发展中扮演着至关重要的角色,它不仅是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,更是儿童早期发展的关键阶段。近年来,随着国家对学前教育的高度重视,这一领域在我国取得了显著的进步,普及率也在稳步提升。然而,在经济社会的快速发展和农村城镇化进程中,少数民族地区的学前教育发展面临着一系列挑战。本文以贵州省望谟县为例展开研究,发现该地区在学前教育方面存在若干问题,包括幼儿园师资力量不足、教师薪酬待遇偏低、教育资金投入不足以及少数民族文化教育特色不明显等。贵州省望谟县的教育改革案例具有很强代表性,对其实践路径加以研究具有重要的学术与实践价值。Preschool education plays a crucial role in the development of basic education.It is not only an important part of the national education system but also a key stage in the early development of children.In recent years,with the high attention paid to preschool education by the country,this field has made significant progress in our country,and the coverage rate is also steadily increasing.However,in the rapid development of the economy and society and the process of rural urbanization,the development of preschool education in minority areas faces a series of challenges.taking Wangmo County in Guizhou Province as an example,there are several issues in the field of preschool education in this area,including insufficient preschool teacher strength,low teacher salary treatment,insufficient investment in education funds,and not obvious features of minority cultural education.The case of educational reform in Wangmo County,Guizhou Province,is very representative,and studying its practical direction has important academic and practical value.
