摘  要:针对伺服转台轴系装配误差问题,开展伺服轴系误差研究,提出基于装配过程的误差检测和提取方法,通过优化各工艺参数,减小轴系装配各分误差,提升轴系装配精度,以期为同类产品装配提供借鉴。Aiming at the assembly error problem of servo turntable shafting,research on servo shafting error was carried out,and an error detection and extraction method based on assembly process was proposed.By optimizing various process parameters,each component error of shafting assembly was reduced,and the assembly accuracy of shafting assembly was improved,so as to provide reference for assembly of similar products.
