摘　　要：为探讨KUKA机器人在汽车制造中的应用,概述KUKA机器人,并从汽车零部件生产和加工、车体焊接、整车装配、汽车零部件检测等方面出发,介绍KUKA机器人在汽车制造中的具体应用。研究结果可为提高生产效率、优化生产流程、改善产品质量等提供重要的参考和指导,为推动汽车制造业的智能化、自动化转型提供理论支持。In order to explore the use of KUKA robots in automotive manufacturing,an overview of KUKA robots is given in this paper,and the specific use of KUKA robots in automotive manufacturing is introduced from the application of automotive parts production and processing,car body welding,the whole vehicle assembly,automotive parts inspection and other aspects.The results of this study provide an important reference and guidance for in the enhancement of production efficiency,optimise the production process,improve product quality,etc.,to promote the automotive manufacturing industry’s intelligent,automated transformation to provide theoretical support.
