摘　　要：中医作为我国文化的瑰宝,其深厚的医学理论和丰富的实践经验展现了祖国医学的博大精深和源远流长。在治疗肝纤维化(HF)方面,中医药取得了显著疗效,其可通过多靶点、多途径缓解HF的进程。目前,临床多采用中药活性成分、单味中药、中药组方等中医内治法及中药外敷、艾灸和针灸等中医外治法治疗HF。未来应通过更多高质量的临床试验研究进一步探索和挖掘中医药在预防和治疗HF方面的优势,促进中医药在HF治疗领域的进一步发展,构建完整的中医治疗体系,为HF患者提供更加全面、有效的治疗方案。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),as a treasure of Chinese culture,has demonstrated the profundity and longevity of medicine in the motherland with its profound medical theory and rich practical experience.TCM has achieved significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis(HF),as it can alleviate the progression of HF through multiple targets and pathways.At present,internal TCM treatment methods such as active TCM ingredients,single Chinese medicine,TCM herbal formula,and external TCM treatment methods such as TCMexternal application,moxibustion,and acupuncture are mostly used in the clinical treatment of HF.In the future,more high-quality clinical trials should be conducted to further explore and excavate the advantages of TCM in preventing and treating HF,promote the further development of TCM in the field of HF treatment,construct a complete TCM treatment system,and provide HF patients with more comprehensive and effective treatment plans.
