莫沙必利联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨莫沙必利联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果。方法:选取于南方医科大学第二临床医学院(2021年1月—2023年12月)接受治疗的90例胃食管反流病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组给予莫沙必利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合雷贝拉唑治疗。对比两组症状改善时间、症状完全缓解时间、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、胃肠激素及胃食管动力学指标、不良情绪评分。结果:观察组症状改善时间、症状完全缓解时间均短于对照组,治疗总有效率、胃肠激素、胃食管动力学指标高于对照组,不良反应总发生率、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果显著,能够缓解患者的症状,改善胃肠激素水平、胃食管动力学指标及心理状态,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of mosapride combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:A total of 90 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who received treatment at the Second Clinical Medical College of Southern Medical University(from January 2021 to December 2023)were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride and the observation group was treated with rabeprazole on the basis of control group.The symptom improvement time,symptom complete remission time,treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,gastrointestinal hormones,gastric and esophageal motility indicators,and negative emotion scores were compared between two groups.Results:The symptom improvement time and symptom complete remission time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment,gastrointestinal hormones,gastric and esophageal motility indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of rabeprazole and mosapride in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease has significant clinical effects,and can relieve the symptoms of patients,improving gastrointestinal hormone levels,gastric and esophageal motility indicators and mental state,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
