丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合多奈哌齐治疗轻度血管性认知障碍的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合多奈哌齐治疗轻度血管性认知障碍的临床效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月湖北省黄冈市黄梅县第三人民医院收治的轻度血管性认知障碍患者106例作为研究对象,根据抽签法随机分组,即参照组和研究组,每组53例。参照组采用多奈哌齐治疗,研究组在参照组基础上联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗。对比两组治疗效果、认知功能、智力水平、生活能力、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率较参照组高(P=0.002)。治疗后,两组认知功能、智力水平、生活能力均高于治疗前,且研究组较参照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合多奈哌齐治疗轻度血管性认知障碍的临床效果显著,能改善患者的认知功能,降低炎性因子水平,提高其智力水平和生活能力,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of tanshinoneⅡA sodium sulfonate combined with Donepezil in the treatment of mild vascular cognitive impairment.Methods:A total of one hundred and six patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment admitted to Hubei Huanggang Huangmei County Third People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the reference group and the study group according to the lottery method,with fifty-three cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Donepezil,and the study group was treated with tanshinoneⅡA sodium sulfonate based on the reference group.The therapeutic effect,cognitive function,intelligence level,life ability,inflammatory factor level and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P=0.002);after treatment,the cognitive function,intelligence level and living ability of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate combined with Donepezil in the treatment of mild vascular cognitive impairment is significant,which can improve the cognitive function of patients,improve their intelligence level and life ability,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and have high safety.
