三联手术治疗老年白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨三联手术治疗老年白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼的临床效果。方法:将2022年6月—2024年6月徐州市肿瘤医院收治的80例老年白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼患者纳入研究,随机分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组行白内障超声乳化摘除术,试验组行三联手术治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组视力水平、眼压、前房深度、前房角度、角膜内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞百分数、生活质量评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05);试验组治疗后眼压、前房角度、生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.049)。结论:三联手术治疗老年白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼的临床效果显著,能够降低眼压,改善前房角度,提高患者的生活质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of triple surgery in treatment of elderly cataract and acute angle-closure glaucoma.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with cataract and acute angle-closure glaucoma admitted to Xuzhou Cancer Hos-pital from June 2022 to June 2024 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent cataract phacoemulsification,and the experimental group under-went triple surgery.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber angle,corneal endothelial cell density,hexagonal cell percentage,and quality of life scores in the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The intraocular pressure,anterior chamber angle and quality of life scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of com-plications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.049).Conclusion:Triple surgery has significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly cataract complicated with acute angle-closure glaucoma,and can reduce intraocular pres-sure,ameliorate anterior chamber angle,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
