摘  要:无人机倾斜摄影测量技术因其效率高和操作性强等特点在地质灾害防治领域具有明显优势。2023年7月,受台风杜苏芮残余环流影响,北京市出现灾害性特大暴雨天气,门头沟区短时暴雨引发山洪地质灾害。基于无人机倾斜摄影技术,以门头沟区小龙门村为例,构建三维实景模型,分析暴雨前后地质灾害的特征。实践证明,基于构建的三维实景模型,能够快速了解受灾区域的实际情况,满足地质灾害快速调查工作的任务要求。根据门头沟区小龙门村实景三维模型信息,快速掌握北京“23·7”特大暴雨前后地形地貌变化及地质灾害情况,大大提高灾害处置效率,助力实景三维模型在地质灾害调查和监测中的应用。The oblique photogrammetry technology of UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle)is widely used in geological hazard surveys because of its high efficiency and strong operability.A severe heavy rain hit Beijing in July 2023 under the influence of the residual circulation of Typhoon Du Suri.Geological disasters occurred in Mentougou District due to the short-term heavy rain.Based on the UAV oblique photography technology,this paper takes Xiaolongmen Village in Mentougou District as a case to build a 3D real scene model to analyze the characteristics of geological disasters before and after heavy rainfall.The results prove that the 3D reality model can quickly understand the actual situation of the disaster area and meet the task requirements of the rapid geological disaster investigation.It can quickly master the topographic and geomorphologic changes and geological disasters before and after the heavy rain in Beijing,greatly improve the efficiency of disaster reduction,and help the application of 3D model in geological disaster investigation and monitoring.
