莓茶代用茶中16种无机元素检测及分析

摘  要:研究使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),对野生莓茶、老叶莓茶、紫色莓茶、人工种植有机莓茶和人工种植莓茶中的Ca、Mg、K、Na、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、B、Se、Al、Ti、As、Cd、Cr和Pb共16种无机元素进行测定与分析,并参照相关限量标准对重金属元素进行安全性评价。结果显示:5种不同莓茶的无机元素种类组成差异不大,但含量差异较大;莓茶中K、Ca、Mg元素的含量远高于其他13种元素,这3种元素占所测元素含量的90%以上;莓茶中含量较低的元素是Cd、Cr、Se、As;老叶莓茶中Ca、Mn、Pb元素含量最高;野生莓茶中Mg、Na、As、Ti元素含量最高;2批紫色莓茶中Cd元素含量超标。Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was employed to determine the content of 16 inorganic elements(Ca,Mg,K,Na,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,B,Se,Al,Ti,As,Cd,Cr,and Pb)in five vine tea products including wild vine tea,old-leaf vine tea,purple vine tea,organic vine tea,and cultivated vine tea.The safety of the vine tea products was evaluated according to the limits of heavy metals in relevant standards.The results showed that the five vine tea products had no obvious difference in the inorganic element composition but significant differences in the content of different elements.The content of K,Ca,and Mg was higher than that of other 13 elements,reaching 90%of the content of tested elements.Cd,Cr,Se,and As had low content in vine tea.Old-leaf vine tea had the highest content of Ca,Mn,and Pb,while wild vine tea had the highest content of Mg,Na,As,and Ti.The content of Cd in two batches of purple vine tea exceeded the limit.
