摘 要:为考察活性炭对油茶壳低聚木糖水热处理液的脱色除杂效果,以油茶壳低聚木糖水热液脱色率和糖保留率为考察指标,探究了脱色时间、脱色温度、活性炭添加量及水热液pH值对活性炭脱色效果的影响。结果表明:活性炭对油茶壳水热液的最优脱色条件为脱色时间50 min、脱色温度30℃、活性炭添加量50 mg/mL、水热液pH值为4,该条件下油茶壳水热液的脱色率为93.78%,总XOS保留率为61.13%,X2~X4保留率为63.37%。This study aims to evaluate the decolorization effect of activated carbon on xylo-oligosaccharide hydrolysate from Camellia oleifera shells.With the decolorization rate and sugar retention rate as evaluation indicators,the effects of decolorization temperature,decolorization time,amount of activated carbon addition,and hydrolysate pH on the decolorization were examined.The results showed that the optimal decolorization conditions for the hydrolysate of C.oleifera shells with activated carbon were decolorization of the hydrolysate(initial pH 4)at 30°C for 50 min with the addition of 50 mg/mL activated carbon,under which the decolorization rate was 93.78%and the total XOS and X2-X4 retention rates were 61.13%and 63.37%,respectively.
