摘　　要：血管非炎症分子(VNN)家族有3个成员即Vanin-1、Vanin-2和Vanin-3,它们分布在人体不同组织,具有促炎、氧化应激及细胞迁移等功能,在炎症消化道疾病、心血管疾病、急性脏器损伤、肿瘤等疾病的发生发展中起重要作用,本文就近年Vanin基因家族的特征和功能及其在临床相关疾病发生与发展过程中的作用机制以及在肿瘤方面的潜在研究价值做一总结,旨在为临床及基础科研提供参考。The vascular non-inflammatory molecule(VNN)family has three members:Vanin-1,Vanin-2 and Vanin-3,which are distributed in different tissues of the body and have pro-inflammatory,oxidative stress and cell migration functions.In this paper,we summarize the characteristics and functions of the Vanin gene family in recent years,as well as its mechanism of action in the occurrence and development of clinically relevant diseases and its potential research value in tumors,with the aim of providing reference for clinical and basic research.
