摘　　要：孕前遗传学筛查和健康管理是妇儿保健的重要组成部分,是提高整体生育质量的重要基础。本文旨在探讨如何通过孕前基因筛查与健康管理策略来优化胚胎和婴儿的健康状况,从而实现优生优育的目标。现将从遗传学、医学以及社会学角度分析相关策略的有效性和可行性,并探讨其潜在的伦理和社会影响。Pre-pregnancy genetic screening and health management is an important component of maternal and child health care and an essential foundation for improving the overall quality of births.This study aims to explore how to optimize the health status of embryos and infants through pre-pregnancy genetic screening and health management strategies to achieve the goal of prenatal and postnatal care.The effectiveness and feasibility of relevant strategies are be analyzed from the genetic,medical and sociological perspectives and explore their potential ethical and social implications.
